Thermo Radiant Panel Heaters / Glass Panel Heaters

Thermo Radiant panel heaters, also known as glass panel heaters, are similar to aluminium foil heaters in their construction. They consist of a twin conductor with primary insulation of Fluoropolymer and a metal sheathing over two cores. These cores are sandwiched between two layers of specially reinforced aluminium foil. One side of the aluminium foil has a self-adhesive with release paper, making it easy to fix the aluminium foil heater in place.

One of the key features of Thermo Radiant panel heaters is their uniform spacing of heating elements, which ensures even heat distribution. This uniform heat distribution helps to prevent condensation from forming on surfaces, just like aluminium foil heaters. The power lead is a flat thin two core flexible cord, consisting of two insulated conductors with a metal sheath and an outer sheath.

It is available in predetermined areas with cold tail – prefabricated & tested in a carefully controlled factory environment.
